If you have a garden, you need to cook the produce at some point. And sometimes you get tired of steamed, buttered veggies, no matter how tasty they may be. Same goes for farm fresh eggs and any meat you may produce.
So… I’ll post some of my personal favorites here from time to time and I hope you’ll add a few of yours.
One little note here. I tend to eat lower carb foods to control my blood sugar. Because of this, many (but certainly not all) of these recipes are sugar free or otherwise reduced in carbohydrates. They are in no way compromised on flavor, though, and I serve these dishes to my non-low-carb friends and family all the time and haven’t had a complaint yet.
